Well done to the U16 basketball team who played their first match in Division B in the North east region. The team has changed from last years All Ireland semi finalists but the girls played very well and beat St.Louis Carricmacross 21-22. Top scorers were L.McKenna, A.O’Shea and E.Saunders.
The u19s had a tougher game against a strong team. They scored 20 points but lost 36-20. Top scorers were M.Donohoe, C.McMorrow and E.Bermingham. Well done to L.McKenna who played both age groups and did some great rebounding.
Next game is against Loreto Navan.
